Tell All - Linguini with Shrimp & Vegetables

How is this going for everyone?

I have made this recipe, or something similar, many times. I usually add a few anchovies and some thyme, I may add some capers this time too.


  1. Super good - I loved the asparagus and warm tomatoes. The hubby loved it too.

  2. Just finished having this for dinner. Glad to be back on the Ellie train after being away for a while! This one got mixed reviews. I enjoyed it a lot, my husband wasn't crazy about it. Subbed canned diced tomatoes for the cherries, since (sadly!) good tomatoes are gone around here til next summer. Curious to hear what everyone else thinks.

  3. I was a little apprehensive about it, but Ryan and I both enjoyed it. I used cherry tomatoes my grandma canned from her garden and skipped the asparagus; the flavor was great!
