    I made Baked Shrimp with Tomatoes and Feta. It was a nice light, but satisfying meal.

  8. I made Ellie's Pumpkin Rice Pudding! It was a big hit!! Perfect combination of pumpkin pie and rice pudding. (Especially perfect if you're gluten free like me!)
