LYL - Tuscan Roasted Chicken and Veggies

This was sooooo delicious! Can't wait to see all your posts and pictures!

P.S. As to next weeks recipe: Chicken Pepian. No such thing as tomatillos here.... Any suggestions on what else can be used?

    Marthe - does your grocery store have a hispanic section? I've seen canned tomatillos before, and you could try using those, but that might be just as hard to find for you. Green tomatoes maybe?

    Marthe, I appreciate how busy you are but is there any way that the LYL could be up on Wednesday nights. I cook our weekly recipe then and if I don't post it right away, I forget to get it over here.

    If not, I understand and don't be concerned.

    I think if you can't find tomatillos, just plain old tomatoes will work here. It won't be a green sauce, but I'm sure it will be very tasty!
