I made this one this weekend and we enjoyed it. I added capers and thought it needed more acid (like lemon juice or even a light vinaigrette).
I think everything could use a little more acid.

All my stores have been out of pumpernickle this week. . go figure. I have all the other ingredients ready. I'll be late posting on this one.
