We definitely had an awesome Thanksgiving! I ended up making the green bean casserole, some roasted artichokes, and a chocolate peppermint meringue cake!
Happy Thanksgiving! For this week's pick, I made Ellie's Roasted Brussels Sprouts, yum! http://yoshimivsmotherhood.blogspot.com/2010/11/ceimb-roasted-brussels-sprouts.html
Here's my pick for the Free Choice Thanksgiving week: Sesame Teriyaki Chicken Thighs and Orange-Pistachio Wild Rice Salad, both winners! http://grandmaskitchentable.typepad.com/grandmas_kitchen_table/2010/11/ceimb-sesame-teriyaki-chicken-thighs-and-orange-pistachio-wild-rice-salad.html
For some reason, I couldn't post my link as a comment using my phone. Now I'm back home with computer access, so here's my post from Thursday - http://learningtolovevegetables.blogspot.com/2010/11/ceimb-baked-shrimp-with-tomatoes-and.html
I made Baked Shrimp with Tomatoes and Feta. It was a nice light, but satisfying meal.
I made Ellie's Pumpkin Rice Pudding! It was a big hit!! Perfect combination of pumpkin pie and rice pudding. (Especially perfect if you're gluten free like me!)
