For some reason, I couldn't post my link as a comment using my phone. Now I'm back home with computer access, so here's my post from Thursday - http://learningtolovevegetables.blogspot.com/2010/11/ceimb-baked-shrimp-with-tomatoes-and.htmlI made Baked Shrimp with Tomatoes and Feta. It was a nice light, but satisfying meal.
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I didn't post a recipe, but I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone chose!
I made Ellie's Pumpkin Rice Pudding! It was a big hit!! Perfect combination of pumpkin pie and rice pudding. (Especially perfect if you're gluten free like me!)
I also made this yummy Turkey Waldorf Salad with leftovers. I changed it up to make it healthier!http://knittygrittyonlife.blogspot.com/2010/11/transforming-thanksgiving-leftovers.html
