  2. Bri, we loved this, thank you for extending our horizons with the tomatillos and poblanos as I had never used either before. Delicious sauce. I was tempted to just keep test tasting it over and over! I thought the prep was easy, everything done in half an hour...will make this again for sure.   3. Just an aside: I have two men in my household at the moment, my husband and our 18 year old son, Matt. Whenever they say, "What's for dinner?" and I answer "Ellie Night," they always say, "YUM!" and are happy to come to the table in anticipation of wonderful food. Just saying...Ellie is not just a chick cook with her reducing way...guys here love it just as much. Thanks, everyone for keeping the group going...and being patient with my erratic posting lately!
