    HI my CEIMB Chefs ~ I just have to say there will be a slight delay in posting my recipe this week. With my job being up in the air (as to whether I will have one or not) and lots of meetings/discussions at work/about work, I forgot about my recipe this week. I will be making it ASAP and posting soon. Glad we have two weeks to cook! I will post a link here as soon as I have it.

    Hey all! I will have my post up tomorrow evening or Saturday morning at the latest. The husband has been out of town for the last several weeks and just got back tonight, so very little cooking going on here! I'm making this for dinner tomorrow night...can't wait to try it!
