My experience cooking Ellie's recipes (all three books and online recipes) is that my family always loves the food, they are always happy when I say that I am cooking Ellie. Her recipes are easy, delicious, and they work for me all the time on the first try. I generally make 4-6 Ellie recipes a week, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Many of them are repeats...always something new for the blog but then I make favorites over and over! I hope Ellie keeps writing cookbooks for a long long time! :-)
