Tell All - Biscotti

How is the biscotti?

Just like last week, I am extending the posting for the biscotti until Sunday, January 4th.

  1. My biscotti is flavorless. It really just tastes like the whole wheat flour. Any thoughts anyone?

  2. Hi Peggy-
    I doubled the Vanilla. Also,if you're not a whole wheat fan I'd suggest substituting 4T butter for the olive oil as well. You get a little more saturated fat but no more calories. I think you need the flavour offset with the ww flour. I'm not a huge fan of baked olive oil and there is some debate about how healthy it is when heated.
