Is it me, or is there something really wrong about the index for the cookbook? My index has neither Portobello nor lasagne in it. Thanks for posting the page numbers, Natalie!
I saw Ellie make this on the food network once, and I've been thinking about them ever since. Excited for this.
Natalie: is it possible to change the dates @ What's cooking? Here in Holland we write the date differently... It's so confusing, because to me it says we have to cook these for the 11th of June..... It would be so much easier for me if it just says 6 November (although, I thought it was for the 13th of november....)
There you go Marthe. I hope that is what you were talking about. I was a tad confused for a sec. And...you are right. It is for the 13th. I was a week behind.
I have to confess that I won't be able to particpate this week, due to a kitchen re-fit that is taking overlong to complete! GRRR... I just want to get back to cooking but it's impossible with no countertops and everything sitting all over my table and floors. Hopefully I'll be ready by next week. I did finally catch Ellie on my food television channel last week and loved the show!
I am planning on making mine for dinner tonight but I am incredibly bummed that I couldn't find portobello mushrooms for the life of me! Guess my little buttons will have to do. :( /Clara
Just a thought... I am a sucker for group logos/avatars. Right now I am just using the book cover on my posts but does anyone have some PS skills? ;) /Clara
I havne't made mine yet but I've made lasagna rollups before so I am excited to try Ellie's version! Great pick Marthe!
