I made mine for dinner tonight. Very tasty and no messy oil! The chicken was moist and still crispy on the outside. If you don't like a lot of heat, watch the cayenne. I put a little less than called for and it still packed a bit of a bite.
I made mine tonight and while it was really good the heat from the cayenne was a bit too much for the kiddo. I didn't mind it too much, but if/when I make this again I will definitely back down on the cayenne.

ReplyDeleteI read the recipe yesterday and it sounds great, will be making it tonight or tomorrow... Can't wait to try!
ReplyDeleteI must be the slacker of the group! I always make my CEiMB meals Wednesday night but glad to hear rave reviews already ;)

ReplyDeleteI'm afraid I must admit I haven't made mine yet.... Been quite busy this weekend! Oh well, there's always tomorrow! Or the day after tomorrow ;)
ReplyDeleteP.S. I'm having a giveaway: check my blog before the 20th of November!
I really enjoyed this recipe. I did as advised and cut back on the cayenne. One we will try again
