Tell All - Pork Chops

Let's share how the pork chops are coming along.

  1. I thought the dish was quite good. The apple cidar vinegar was a little overpowering though...so I wish I would have reduced the amount I added. Also, the apples got really mushy given how long they cooked -- I think next time I would add them after the cabbage has softened.

  2. Great pick Jen B! Both Ted and I enjoyed our meals. He liked the pork and the Tofu didn't turn out all that bad (just didn't look pretty).

  3. We enjoyed this seasonal dish! It was full of winter flavors and a pleasant tartness from the apples. I used boneless prok chops and added a little crushed red pepper for kick!

  4. I am such a slacker again! I am going to make this and have all the ingredients, I just didn't get around to it. My hubs was sick and I didn't want to eat this by myself. I will get it done soon though.
