Tell All - Penne with Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic and White Beans

    I made this tonight! I loved it, and my hubby went back for seconds, then thirds! I hope everybody else who makes this likes it, too.

    I had such high hopes for this recipe, but, felt like it needed more of something. LOVED the roasted tomatoes, lemon and garlic, maybe it just needed more of that.
