I WISH I could've cooked with you but, I grew up eating tuna casserole literally every other weekend....I have such an aversion as an adult. The Husband won't touch anything tuna LOL.
Danica's thoughts are my own! I did a rewind this week, one I have been wanting to make as Mark is a big pork chop fan and me not so much, it was good! http://grandmaskitchentable.typepad.com/grandmas_kitchen_table/2011/04/ceimb-sage-rubbed-pork-chops-with-warm-apple-slaw.html
Peggy, I promise to make your next pick. We are not that big on casseroles around here, so might rewind this with chicken sometime if I see a casserole type occasion.
I totally goofed and made the wrong recipe for this week. I did make the Waldorf Chicken Wrap. Will try the tuna casserole immediately. Just an FYI, the sandwich is delicious!

FYI - I just saw where Ellie left us another message under chicken fingers. She has a new recipe she wants us to try.
ReplyDeleteI just wrote a response to Ellie under the chicken fingers; thanks so much for noticing that, Peggy!
