Look for them in the bulk food aisle at health food stores called something similar to "hard cracked winter wheat". They are wonderfully chewy when cooked up.
We absolutely LOVED this recipe and I can honestly say I am pretty sure I would've never thought to try it if it wasn't for my CEiMB "chefs". Great pick!
