Hi Peggy- I doubled the Vanilla. Also,if you're not a whole wheat fan I'd suggest substituting 4T butter for the olive oil as well. You get a little more saturated fat but no more calories. I think you need the flavour offset with the ww flour. I'm not a huge fan of baked olive oil and there is some debate about how healthy it is when heated.
My biscotti is flavorless. It really just tastes like the whole wheat flour. Any thoughts anyone?
