I made them for dinner tonight and they were...ok. I'm not crazy about fish tacos unless I'm in San Diego with sand between my toes, so I might be biased. I broiled the fish rather than use a grill pan (hate it when the kitchen smells like fish), and that was fine. What I did love was the chipotle yogurt. I used Fage greek yogurt and omitted the mayo, finishing it off with plain olive oil instead. The fam thought it was sour cream, and the smoky, tangy flavor was delicious.
