I made this last weekend, and it's seriously delicious. Both the chicken and the sauce are great on their own, but together their incredible. I wouldn't recommend trying to make faux pad thai with the leftover sauce, though. I tried that, and it was a big, sticky, nearly inedible mess.
I have these guys marinating in the fridge right now. I am going to make dinner portions and serve it either with some somen noodles or perhaps some coconut rice made with the leftover coconut milk. Yum! I am excited for dinner tonight.
I've made this recipe so many times before, and I LOVE IT. Cannot wait - thank you Tortefeasor!

ReplyDeleteThese are simply delicious. We had it tonight and my husband who thought he disliked peanut butter kept dipping into the sauce. That is a biggie.
