Tell All - Easy Chicken Mushroom Quesadillas

I made these guys a few months ago and they were delish! What does everyone else think about them? Let's hear if you are thinking of making changes to the filling...

  1. These were easy and fantastic. The filling was really good...I think I'm going to try using it as a filling for lettuce wraps.

  4. This recipe is a great base - I made mine vegetarian by subbing black beans for chicken. It was very hearty and I have tons of filling left to do other stuff with. Maybe I will fill an acorn squash...
