i made these a few months back (although i used chicken breast instead of thighs): http://edibleventures.blogspot.com/2009/09/maple-mustard-chicken-with-roasted.html. very tasty.
does anyone have any thoughts on using honey instead of maple syrup? Also, i would like to marinate these overnight so the next evening they are all ready to be cooked. Does anyone see any reason not to marinate overnight?
I need to get back on the wagon.. I haven't made the last three or four recipes for CEiMB -- how horrible! I'll chalk it up to the holidays and being real busy. Ya, that's it. real busy :)
I made these last night for dinner but it was late by the time they came out of the oven and waay to dark to take a photo :( They were delicious though! My boyfriend loved them.
I'm really excited about this recipe. I even bought chicken thighs (as per recipe) instead of the breasts we usually eat. I'll blog about it tonight! :D Sara - quick question: how do you get on the list to choose a recipe? Will you just email me when it's my turn? Just wondering how it works :D

ReplyDeleteHey Lauryn,
ReplyDeleteI don't see any reason why these could not be marinated overnight.
