I made this last night and thought it was fabulous! I had the leftovers for lunch today on a couple mini crescent rolls.
I can't wait to give this one a try. It may become our Valentine meal this week. Hubby loves bleu cheese, I think gorgonzola or roquefort would substitute well for the stronger bleu cheese.
