I made it for dinner tonight - completely delicious! My pork tenderloin was quit thin so I didn't split it in half like Ellie suggested, but cooked it whole and then cut it into slices. So yummy, and I plan to make a sandwich with the leftovers.
We loved it. Will definitely make again.
