  2. I just made this and we ate it for lunch. It was delicious- but that is coming from a complete vegetable lover. The crust was a little bit crumbly- I didn't want to over mix it in the food processor, so I might have undermixed it. The crust also tasted alot like cornmeal, kinda rustic, but I like the texture and flavor of cornmeal, so it didn't bother me. I made it in a springform pan and it come out fine. Hope everyone else enjoys it!

  3. ok, I know by now everyone is probably sick of my comments, but I just went down and sliced another piece and the crust didn't crumble. So, waiting 10 minutes makes a difference in the crust staying together.

  5. I LOVED this recipe and I will make it many more times. I used mini tart pans and was afraid that the filled shells wouldn't come out of the pans, but they came out perfectly. This crust is amazing. My crust batter was a little crumbly, but I just pressed it into well sprayed pans. This was a GREAT pick!!!

  6. I loved this recipe too. I didn't have the pan it called for so mine was a little crumbly but it tasted great! Even the leftovers were good.

  7. I thought this was a great recipe too. I made it in a large tarte pan and it was a bit hard to get out of the pan. The result may not have looked very pretty, but it tasted great.

  8. Darn. I was going to make it tonight, but when I got home, hubby was already cooking! Isn't he sweet? I'll have to make it at the last minute tomorrow... nothing like being late the week you get to choose, lol.
