Tell All - Chicken with Mango Barbecue Sauce

What's the word on the chicken? What is everyone serving this with?

  1. I am making this tonight. I am serving corn on the cob to make the kids happy. The husband will want a potato or rice side as well, maybe a yellow rice?

  5. We are eating this right now- oh so good! I served it over quinoa, with corn on the cob and sauteed kale on the side. This is really a great BBQ sauce.

  6. We had this tonight - it was really good - I used honey instead of molasses - I think it would be great with pork, too!

  7. I'm so happy everyone is liking it...I thought it was great! I subbed agave nectar for the molasses...but I researched it and read that maple syrup or honey would be good subs, I wish I used the maple syrup (I forgot) because I think the extra sweetness would have been really good.

    I served it over a salad with a smoky chili vinaigrette...yum!

  8. I thought this sauce was fabulous! In fact, I used my left over sauce to make barbecue pork yesterday. I marinated a pork tenderloin (i thought I bought a pork loin, but oops, it was a pork tenderloin) overnight in the BBQ sauce. Then I put the pork and the marinade in the crock pot and cooked it on low all day while I was at work. It turned out fabulous! The pork was so tender it melted in your mouth!
