Tell All - Aromatic Noodles with Lime Peanut Sauce

You know the drill.

I already made it with some udon noodles and it was super delicious.

It is a 5 star recipe on the Food Network but there were a handful of reviewers who said they disliked the sauce, not enough flavor, it was just PB and noodles. So check out the reviews. I suspect that if you have a lot of experience with this kind of flavor profile you may already have a combination that you are used to or that you prefer. So feel free to change this around to fit your own preferences. Some also suggested using rice vermicelli or some other lighter asian noodle instead of regular whole wheat pasta.

Enjoy!

  1. Unfortunately I won't be able to participate this week because I'll be out of town. Hopefully I'll be able to make the oven baked onion rings next week though, they sound delicious! Good luck to everyone making the noodles :)

  3. I made this yesterday and it was good. Not my favorite peanut sauce that I have ever made, but still good. I used whole wheat angel hair and it was quite popular at the potluck we took it to.
I might not be able to post my pics this Thursday. Still trying to get organized and set up in the house.

  4. I'm eating this right now.. haha, such a nerd I am. It's good, I like the peanut sauce. It's similar to the peanut dipping sauce for her chicken sate recipe and we eat that weekly over rice. Glad to see lots of bright green veggies. My only recommendation is to not leave the lid on the veggies after you steam them for the 5 minutes and turn the burner off because THEY CONTINUE TO COOK, like no duh. I wasn't thinking and wish my veggies had more of "a bite" to them. Other than that I loved it.

Do you think this dish was made to serve hot, warm or cold? I'm thinking cold..

    Enjoy everyone!

  5. Alyssa, I am also thinking cold, though I ate it both warm and cold and it was good either way.

  6. Made this tonight. These are some of our favorite flavors, so I knew we'd love it, and we did. I improvised on the veggies a bit: added edamame for protein, which was great, and did all the steaming in the microwave. Success! Glad to be back after a couple of weeks away :)

Alyssa~ I served it at about room temperature, but I think it's one of those rare dishes that works at any temp.

  7. I hate to do this, but I'm going to have to sit out this week. There is just a lot going on personally this week, and I'm just not up for cooking. It looks delicious though so I'm excited to see how it turns out for everyone!
