Tell All - No Bake Lemon Bars

Let's hear about this one. I love lemon bars so I can't wait to try these!

  5. For all of you who are like me....

    Once you prepare the dish.. it needs to chill in the fridge for 8 HOURS!!

    I definitely need to get in the habit of reading the entire recipe before I cook / bake. Jeesh!

  7. I've been MIA for eons and need to jump back in. I'm vegetarian, tough, and am not very experienced with gelatin substitutions, so I think I'll have to skip yet another week. Bummer.

  9. I suggest FREEZING it for 20 minutes before serving. Mine was a mess before I did that. It was really delicious, though!
