Thoughts on this one here...

  1. Made it exactly as she has it written and it was wonderful. Large portions, served 1/2 size instead of 1 cup size & it was plenty. Definitely a keeper. Having it again for lunch today.

  2. it sounds fantastic, i'm looking forward to it. i am pretty anti-mayo though, and don't want to buy it just for this recipe - has anyone tried it with just yogurt and no mayo?

  3. I made this with no mayo, just fat-free greek yogurt and I thought it was delicious. I also used pecans instead of almonds and mixed them into the chicken salad. I left the oil off the salad greens, just dressing them with lemon juice. This was on of the best CEiMB recipes that I have tried for awhile.

  4. Still haven't made up my mind up about making this.... Normally I'm not too crazy about curried chicken salad, but the rave reviews have me doubting...

Off-topi: Can someone email me the recipe for the Broccoli-Cheddar Breakfast Bake? I don't own 'So Easy' yet and would like to make this!

  6. I tried this recipe awhile ago and unfortunately I can't stand curried chicken salad in general. It must be a flavor thing so I'm sitting out this week. Maybe I'll post the Chicken Waldorf salad -- now that is my type of chicken salad!

  7. Hi All, I'm new here and considering joining. I want to make sure I can keep up first :). I made this for my lunches at work, and put a serving, along with an iceberg lettuce leaf in a whole wheat tortilla. I have not been a fan of curry powder in the past but this was really good! We had green grapes in the house, and they worked fine. It's definitely a keeper!

I'm hoping to cook along with all of you on a regular basis!

  8. Loved it! Swapped out the grapes for sliced scallions. It was great to have in the house for a quick lunch.

  12. HI all, I am a newbie and I didn't know about you all when this was made, but, I've made it :D It's delicious, easy and amazing!

I followed the recipe, however, I am thinking next time, walnuts would provide even more CRUNCH and flavor than almonds.

    Here is my link :)
