I have a constant conflict going through my head; the conflict between wanting to cook and eat in the healthiest way possible and wanting to bake up as many sugary, chocolaty desserts as possible! I suffer from your classic case of health nut with a sweet tooth. So when I found out about CEiMB a light bulb went off in my poor, conflicted head! I will commit to making at least one healthy-well rounded meal a week! I am hopeful that cooking along with this group will inspire me to stay healthy, help me to improve my cooking skills and push me to try new things. I am looking forward to cooking along with everyone!

ReplyDeleteI can say from experience, eating this one healthy meal a week makes me feel MUCH better about my overall food consumption. I won't go so far as to say that I have lost a significant amount of weight, but I definitely feel better - I hope it brings the same to you!
Welcome Lauryn! It sounds like we have A LOT in common. Like a strange amount. I pretty much could have written that same paragraph about myself. I think we'll get along (As you can see, I've chosen the Double Chocolate Pudding Pie for my recipe pick).
